Practice driving instruction shall include actual experience in stopping, starting, stopping, shifting, turning, backing, parking, steering and emergency situation procedure in a vehicle equipped according to the regulations of the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction. The minimum individual driving time is six clock hours and twelve clock hours of observation. To complete the driving experience, drivers are required to successfully pass a driving test. Also student must complete 50 clock hours of driving time with parents or guardians before eligible for drivers license under GDL laws.
